Fantastisk
Easy to go to amenities, clean room,but small elevator, no iron,walk to Spanish steps and trevi fountain. Close to lots of shopping stores and restaurants.

This is a wonderful, European-style boutique. If I could give the staff 6 stars, I would do so. Great location near Piazza del Popolo, easy access to the shopping district. Limits-no on-site laundry, despite references on website. Once we got situated, this was an excellent home-base for a week in Rome. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

This hotel is on the third floor of a mixed residential/hotel building. The small elevator is for the whole building but very useful. The key opens a door to the courtyard, then the door to the hotel and then the door to your room. One key for everything. There are only a handful of rooms. The space is very clean and our room (luxury suite for 3) was very spacious as was the bathroom. Everything was clean. My only minor complaint is that you had to ask for things such as replacement toilet paper or remind them not to turn off the air conditioner after you left. It was very hot in Rome those days and we came back to a very hot room. Another day we came back to the room with the windows open. It had rained that day and the room was full of mosquitoes. It was just things like that. But the room was large and asking to rectify these things was not a problem. This hotel is just outside of the Piazza del Popolo and just a 5 minute walk from Via del Corso with good shopping. It was about a 30 minute walk to get to the city center.

Close to piazza del popolo and the Flaminio metro. So much to do within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Would recommend.

The room was clean and perfectly located. We were within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were kind, welcoming and helpful. Once we came back before our room was done being cleaned and gentleman at the front desk made me an amazing espresso while we waited. My only negative is there was no A/C and often in the evenings after we took showers the room would be warm and humid which lead to poor sleep.
