Alle de steder, vi besøgte, var smukke! Rejselederen Xiao Weng var også rigtig sød; han fortalte om seværdighederne, anbefalede, hvad man skulle købe, hvordan man bedst udnyttede tiden og så videre. Jeg var oprindeligt i tvivl om en anden pakke, der inkluderede en tur til Makari for at se Mount Yotei, men jeg havde ikke forestillet mig, at jeg ville få Mount Yotei at se ved TOYA-observatoriet i dag! Og det var så smukt, hvilket kom som en stor og dejlig overraskelse for mig 🫶🏻 Derudover er Cape Chikyu virkelig et besøg værd, selvom det sjældnere ses i andre pakkerejser – man kan se på videoer, hvor rolig og mild havets farve er 🫶🏻 Og så var der endda et køleskab i bussen! Men jeg glemte min hvide pudding i bussen 🤣 Heldigvis fik jeg kontakt til personalet med det samme via WhatsApp, deres serviceniveau var i top, og de svarede lynhurtigt. Alt i alt kan det varmt anbefales!

The pace of the itinerary was just right—neither too rushed nor too loose. The environment in Jozankei is beautiful, and soaking your feet in the hot spring water was so comfortable! Taking the cable car up to Showa-Shinzan to see the volcanic landscape was very unique, the brown bears at the Bear Ranch were adorable, and Guide Chen gave a very professional explanation. Highly recommended!

Really good tour to see a lot of sights of this part of Hokkaido in one day, while not being too rushed anywhere. Lisa was a great guide, she helped to point out the interesting attractions out the windows and where was the best places to go for photos. The driver was excellent as well, even slowing down to let us get a better look at some deer.

Jeg tog turen med Hide Cai. Jeg kunne godt lide tempoet, og seværdighederne var lige det, jeg ønskede at se. Rejselederen talte godt engelsk og var i stand til at give værdifuld information om de steder, vi besøgte. Vejret samarbejdede også i dag, og vi stødte ikke på regn.

Our driver Wang王 was very friendly and gave good advice. we are very happy with the service and manage to visit all 7 places we stated.

Our tour guide, Ella, was very professional in her explanations and helped us purchase tickets. Her time management was excellent, allowing us to visit sites efficiently. I give her five stars. My main concern was that the mini-bus drove extremely fast. It was the fastest I've experienced in Japan (we didn't even take the highway on this trip). Combined with numerous potholes and hairpin turns, the vehicle often vibrated. On the return night drive, I was frequently worried about the speed affecting our safety. Perhaps the packed itinerary meant the driver had to rush. As other reviews have mentioned, the bear farm isn't a necessary stop. Also, the Lake Toya fireworks were very small and lacked music. If you've seen other artistic fireworks displays in Japan, you might not need to include the Lake Toya fireworks on your viewing list.

A great choice if you want a beautiful, flexible, and well‑organized tour that lets you make the most out of a short travel window. Highly recommended for anyone who wants freedom and variety without sacrificing convenience.

An absolute, amazingly wonderful day tour! Today's itinerary was very well-organized and packed with great sights, and every single location was super gorgeous and fantastic! Mountain and water scenery, autumn leaves, and unique architecture 👍🏻 Visiting eight spots in a single day is truly ideal for me! Not a single second was wasted ❤️ Special thanks to our tour guide, Mei Fang, who took such attentive and caring care of everyone throughout the entire trip. Her explanations were clear and interesting, and she managed the schedule just right! I also want to give a special thank you to our driver, whose driving skills are fantastic. The ride was smooth all the way, putting safety first and making everyone feel completely at ease. Although it was pouring rain at our first stop, Lake Shikotsu, our tour guide Ella still carried out her responsibilities diligently. Even though her umbrella was almost blown inside out by the wind, she insisted on standing at a fixed spot to help us take photos, and her professional dedication is truly commendable. Later on, the weather gradually cleared up. From the Silo Observatory, we could see Lake Toya, Nakajima Island, and the surrounding mountain scenery all at once—it was a very beautiful view. The yogurt sold at the nearby souvenir shop was rich, unique, and quite delicious.
