Tiananmen Square ture

Nød virkelig hele turoplevelsen, da vores guide Allen var super glad, selvom vi skulle på turen på en af de varmeste dage i Beijing. Fik også rigtig gode billeder og anbefalinger i Den Forbudte By. En sidebemærkning: kom venligst velforberedt med gode vandresko, solcreme, kasket/paraply, hvis du har tænkt dig at tage denne tur i sommermånederne, da du vil bruge mindst 30 minutter på at komme igennem sikkerhedskontrollen i solen.

The trip was a great value for the money! The food was amazing, the buffet had a wide variety of options. Unfortunately, we missed the first part of the journey because we booked the night before and weren’t able to coordinate the pick-up due to the short notice. However, our guide was the best and helped us figure out how to join the group at the Forbidden City. She even offered to cover the transportation we used to get there, which was incredibly kind! We joined the tour successfully from that point on. Afterwards, we headed to the Great Wall, with our guide sharing interesting explanations along the way, making the journey both educational and enjoyable. They also offered us water at every stop, which was so appreciated since we visited during summer. To close the day, we enjoyed a wonderful tea ceremony, which was a lovely and relaxing way to wrap up the experience. To top it off, they dropped us off right at our hotel! All in all, we had a truly wonderful experience.

Vi havde en vidunderlig oplevelse med vores turguide, fru Lisa, under vores ikoniske private tur i Beijing. Hun var meget effektiv, professionel og velorganiseret hele dagen. Hendes forklaringer på hvert sted var klare, detaljerede og lette at forstå, hvilket gjorde turen endnu mere fornøjelig og meningsfuld. Hun var også meget omsorgsfuld og opmærksom på os, og sørgede altid for, at vi var komfortable og velplejede. Frokostarrangementet var også fremragende – pænt udvalgt og velorganiseret. We booked this tour one week before our trip and are so glad we did. Our tour guide - Sherry was an absolute gem 💎 in every way. She knew so much of the history of each historical site we visited, pointing out obscure artefact details and relating them to Chinese idioms and cultural superstitions. She always made sure we had enough time to take ample photos and often offered to step in to help us take group shots. We visited Tiananmen Square, The Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, The Ming Tombs, Drum & Bell Towers and the Great Wall - and we had an absolute blast in each one. Blessed with good weather and Sherry's kind motherly care, we really developed a fondness and respect for China's ancient history and culture. We can't wait to be back!

Abbiamo trascorso una giornata memorabile visitando il Tempio del Cielo, Piazza Tienanmen e la Città Proibita. Il tour si svolge quasi interamente a piedi, il che permette di immergersi appieno nell'atmosfera di questi luoghi storici, ma la vera differenza l'ha fatta la nostra guida, David. David è stato semplicemente eccezionale: ha parlato praticamente per tutto il tragitto, condividendo con noi una quantità incredibile di informazioni. Ha spiegato ogni singolo luogo in modo certosino, preciso e appassionato, senza tralasciare nessun dettaglio storico o culturale. Grazie alla sua competenza e alla sua disponibilità, la visita è stata non solo utile, ma incredibilmente interessante e scorrevole. Se cercate una guida preparata che sappia dare il massimo valore alla vostra visita a Pechino, David è la persona giusta. Consigliatissimo!

Our tour guide Jimmy was really friendly and he speaks good English too. He's really knowledgeable about not just the history of the Forbidden City, but also China's history. We really enjoyed the tour, Jimmy made it so much more insightful and interesting as compared to if we were to go on our own. He also helps us to take really nice photos too!~ Highly recommend Jimmy as a guide.
