Ting at lave i Takachiho Gorge

Vi havde en fantastisk tid. Hvis du rejser i september, skal du bare huske på, at det er varmt og fugtigt. Vi ville ønske, vi havde haft mere tid ved det andet stop. Det føltes lidt forhastet, og det var sådan et dejligt sted, vi ville ønske, vi kunne have nydt lidt mere. Takachiho-kløften var fremragende, vi anbefaler at booke med bådturen, da den var udsolgt. Båden var sjov og forfriskende midt på en varm dag. Tak til Daisy for forklaringen af hvert sted og anbefalingerne.

Det er en rigtig god oplevelse og nemt at komme ind på stedet med masser af sjov viden. Rejselederen tilrettelagde tiden godt og spildte ikke noget tid på at vente på noget. Så jeg vil varmt anbefale at deltage i turen, hvis du ikke selv vil køre fra andre steder.

I think this one-day tour was fantastic. Not only was the buy-one-get-one-free deal incredibly good value, but they also gave us souvenirs at the end. What I really appreciated most was not having to worry about transportation. Our tour guide was also very professional, and his English was excellent. We had foreign tourists in our group, and the guide could switch from Chinese to English instantly. His English was very pleasant to listen to. The only downside was that the flowing noodle area was closed due to an earthquake or something similar, so we didn't get to try the flowing noodles, which was a bit of a shame. Also, some group members went boating and were late, but the guide waited for them.

I have been to Japan many times, but this was my first time choosing a one-day guided tour. First of all, a huge shout-out to my tour guide, Sun Peng—he was humorous, very responsible, and extremely professional. I enjoyed listening to his many stories and his recommendations for delicious food. Second, regarding the itinerary, each location is actually worth spending a full day at, so joining a tour feels a bit rushed. I recommend the Aso train and Kusasenri itinerary. I also really liked Kamishikimi Kumanoimasu Shrine, and the shrines in Takachiho were nice as well, though the gorge tour was just so-so. Skipping the boat ride and the mini-train was a very wise choice, I think, because it was just too hot. Finally, a big shout-out to the driver. Since it coincided with a Japanese long weekend and I heard traffic was terrible, the driver skillfully avoided the worst of the congestion. Very professional.

Kevin is such a great guide and was super entertaining and enthusiastic in making us laugh and enjoying the trip! All instructions were clear and enough time was set for each activity. He was very kind as well and got us gifts to take home as souvenirs, thank you so much:) Our only comment is that upon booking, we initially thought that the Row Boating would be the 1st activity and there was no rain then. However, we did the shrine first and by the time we wanted to do the boating, unfortunately due to the weather and the water being too high, we couldn’t anymore. We understand that this is unpredictable and not at all his fault but perhaps especially when it’s sunny out, that could be the first activity as planned. Overall, would definitely recommend Kevin and his tours, super enjoyable and memorable. Thank you!

The overall experience of this trip was fantastic! Tour guide Fan is extremely fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and English, so communication was a breeze. Furthermore, he is very kind and attentively cared for every traveler along the way. The itinerary was well-organized, the introductions to each attraction were very detailed, and departure times were always announced in advance, allowing everyone to follow the schedule with peace of mind. The driver was also very dedicated, making the entire bus ride comfortable. All the sights this time were beautiful, and I especially loved Takachiho Gorge. The natural scenery, shrines, and outdoor activities along the way were truly relaxing, and the lunch was delicious as well. The overall pace did not feel rushed at all, making it a very comfortable journey. If you join this kind of outdoor tour, since there are quite a few sections that require walking, I recommend wearing a good pair of comfortable walking shoes to make it much easier! I highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves natural scenery and shrines.

En af de bedste ture, jeg nogensinde har været på! Turen kommer omkring til alle de steder, man bare skal se i Miyazaki! Kløften var utrolig smuk! Jeg var også vild med Aso-sletterne. Der var meget tåget, hvilket skabte en Ghibli-stemning direkte ud fra filmen 'Det levende slot'. Vores guide var helt fantastisk! Hun viste os hen til alle de bedste steder og fotomuligheder. Turen sluttede med muligheden for at prøve hestekød i en absolut lækker butik, som er en lokal hemmelighed.

Jeg tog på turen for at se Takachiho-kløften og Aso Kusasenri, og jeg havde en fantastisk oplevelse. Turen var utrolig godt tilrettelagt. Vores guide, Sun, var vidende og professionel; han gav os en god forståelse af området og guidede os exceptionelt godt hele dagen igennem. Kløften var smuk, og bådturen var utrolig sjov. Jeg tilføjede også frokostpakken i sidste øjeblik, og det var jeg virkelig glad for, da maden var lækker. Vi kom endda til at se heste ved Kusasenri, hvilket var rigtig fedt. Alt i alt kan jeg varmt anbefale denne tur!

Very well planned tour, we didn’t feel rush and were lucky enough to see all the sights under great weather. Our tour guide was Kevin and we couldn’t ask for a better one, he has great humor, explanation and very responsible to ensure everyone is taken care of. It’s one of the best day tour you can get if you have a free day in Fukuoka area to experience the nature! (But definitely check the weather first!)
