Ting at lave i Irland

The success of tours like this are heavily dependent on the tour guide. Lisa was an exceptional tour guide. She pointed out different landmarks and attractions on our way to the Cliffs of Moher, Burren, and Galway. She answered questions we had about Ireland through storytelling, and on the bus she played music by various Irish artists as she taught us more about Irish history and culture. My trip was on the second Sunday of October. It was very chilly and windy at the Cliffs. There was rain here and there but it wasn’t heavy.

Finn McCools tour was great with Mark as the guide and Declan as our driver who navigated some narrow countryside roads today. Mark was informative and told us about Dublin as a city on our way out for the day tour to Kilkenny. We were told about the history of various places, people of interest were mentioned and other cultural interests was mentioned too. The highlight was seeing the Kilkenny castle and the sheepherding where we met Meg and Sal the border collies who were amazing. it was run efficiently and on time. Highly recommended. We were a family of four with an Australian-Hong Kong background with two teenagers and we all enjoyed it.

Fantastisk tur! Cliffs of Moher er spektakulære. Burren-kysten er fantastisk. Og Galway er så velstående og charmerende. Det vigtigste aspekt er en sikker rejse.

Vores guide og chauffør var Noel og Goran. Vi var yderst tilfredse med turen. Fremragende historiefortælling af Noel og punktlig kørsel af Goran. Begge var venlige og imødekommende. Det lykkedes os at besøge Dunluce Castle, Giant's Causeway, de højeste klipper, tage billeder ved The Dark Hedges, Titanic Belfast-museet og Belfast City Hall. Fantastisk tidsplanlægning, og vi nød hvert et skridt. Tak for servicen og minderne.

Buschaufføren var punktlig og meget venlig. Det var en kort og behagelig tur. Jeg ville helt sikkert rejse med dem igen. Mange tak!

The guide's (name Porrick? couldn't catch it as people kept talking at back of bus despite him asking them not to) dry humour unfortunately flew past the heads of most but I appreciated it, the stories & history he provided were comprehensive. It is a big bus & many hours on the road but the guide tried his best to fill in the time even playing his own instrument. Driver Billy made the ride smooth. Most train tickets are sold out for bank holiday weekend so this trip saved the hassle and costs about the same. Sadly visited the cliffs too late as the section that I wanted to walk is closed after 2024.

The route covered all the major attractions, and the audio commentary was informative, engaging, and full of interesting facts about Dublin's history and culture. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. This tour is an excellent way for first-time visitors to see the best of Dublin without any hassle. Really enjoyed our day trip to Kilkenny, Wicklow and Glendalough. Oli was a friendly guide and shared quite a lot of interesting history and little stories along the way. Fred was our driver for the day, and the journey was comfortable and felt safe throughout. We liked that the tour had a good mix of different sights — we visited castle and cathedral at Kilkenny, went through the Wicklow mountains, and saw the ruins and lake at Glendalough. We also got to see sheepdogs working in action, which was pretty cool to see! It rained for most of the day, but thankfully visibility was still relatively good which didn’t affect much of the experience . Overall, it was a really nice way to see a bit more of Ireland and learn about its history and culture, especially for someone visiting Ireland for the first time.

Vi fik oplevelsen med den dejlige og kyndige James. En rigtig god fyr, hvor man virkelig kunne mærke, at han havde gjort sin hobby til sit arbejde. James havde en positiv og handlekraftig tilgang og elskede at sludre med alle. Med den aktivitet, vi lavede, fik vi lov til at tage to 50 ml flasker med hjem, som var vores helt egen blanding. Aktiviteten lærte os også, hvordan visse dufte og smagsnoter kan fremhæve bestemte undertoner i whiskyen. For eksempel begyndte den at smage mere frugtig, efter at vi havde duftet til ferskenekstrakt. Det var en fantastisk oplevelse, som jeg helt bestemt vil anbefale!

It was a very good tour. There was an extra charge to explore the caves, but I highly recommend doing it. For lunch, they give you about an hour at a restaurant or pub. Throughout the tour, our driver and guide, Sean, was very entertaining and provided clear explanations for everything. He was also an excellent driver, making us feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this tour.

This trip to the Giant's Causeway just wouldn't be the same without Jonathan - his commentary and history were so easy to connect with, and we'll recommend him to anyone planning a visit!
