the hotel room was very spacious and clean (got the deluxe room). concierge staff are very friendly and housekeeping is very prompt

it was great. The pool was under renovation though, so we had to go arpund to access crown metropol's pool.

initially had to change the room as it had strong smell of chemical. They changed the room quickly and the second one was fine. It’s great price considering how close it is to the cbd. The only downside is that it doesn’t have any windows.

the staff was so friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. providing a warm check in, the bar staff friendly and restaurant was delicious. the room was clean, spacious. this hotel represents great value for money. I was suitably impressed and will return.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is located at the heart of Perth CBD which makes exploring the city convenient.

Convenient transportation: The hotel is directly connected to the Queen Elizabeth Bus Station from the side exit on the first floor, making travel very easy. Please note that the hotel is undergoing minor renovations and upgrades until the end of 2026, which may affect some facilities.

The hotel has very easy access to the famous streets and is recommended if you like having city walk.
