Great location and wonderful stay but a bit noisy at night so bring your ear plugs. Room was very clean except some hair on the shower wall. Comfy bed and loved the coffee machine and streaming on TV. Close to cafe, bar and restaurant and an easy 30min bus ride into the city.

Breakfast was good, Check in is smooth and room is stunning. There lacks of communication during check out. The staff at the reception deduct the room fees again when it is already paid upfront using the Hotels.com app. And she did not mention it or a receipt is provided.

Great location, only complaint would be the lifts and door keys don’t work properly and getting to our room sometimes proved too hard.

Nice hotel

This is a relatively new, beautifully furnished hotel in a central location on the Swan River next to the University of Western Australia (UWA). Our room faced the river, had a nice balcony, well-designed space, plenty of storage, and a nice large bathroom. The open-air hallways in our wing provided plenty of fresh air. Breakfast options were numerous and tasty, though the dining area seemed understaffed over the long Easter weekend. Free access to the UWA gym across the street was a welcome bonus.

Every interaction felt personal, effortless, and sincere. You can tell the team here truly cares about the guest experience, and it shows in every detail. If you’re considering staying here — don’t hesitate. This is world-class hospitality, beautiful accommodation, and service that sets a benchmark.
