Rejselederen Ken gjorde et rigtig godt stykke arbejde. Han forklarede landskabet meget detaljeret og levende og med humor. Han forklarede godt på engelsk, kinesisk og japansk. Det var bare ærgerligt, at vejret ikke var godt om foråret, det regnede hele dagen.

We were incredibly lucky to have tour guide Hikaru Huang again for our Hokkaido trip, and the overall experience truly exceeded our expectations! From the initial meeting to the end of the day's itinerary, Hikaru was exceptionally professional and attentive. He managed time perfectly, ensuring the schedule was smooth and unhurried, yet we still visited all the key attractions without wasting any time. We also loved his recommendations for local delicacies, such as yogurt and ice cream, which were all memorable and absolutely hit the spot! The overall atmosphere was very relaxed and stress-free. He thoughtfully pointed out great photo opportunities and free time, which was very considerate. At the end of the trip, he even recommended a local yakiniku restaurant, which was absolutely delicious! 👍🏻 This wasn't just a sightseeing tour; it felt more like a trip where we were genuinely well taken care of. If we visit Hokkaido again in the future, we will definitely choose Hikaru Huang again and recommend him to our friends!

Turen forløb meget glat, og vi kunne virkelig godt lide vores guide Tom. Han var meget venlig og imødekommende og taler tre sprog (kinesisk, engelsk, japansk). Det frokoststed, han anbefalede os ved Lake Toya, var også absolut lækkert! Nød turen generelt, men jeg ville ønske, vi havde haft mere tid hvert sted, selvom jeg forstår, at den samlede tid er begrænset.

It's convenient to buy tickets using Klook. You can redeem physical tickets at the ticket office to enter. Enjoy the snow scenery from the cable car; the height is higher than expected. I hadn't visited the ranch before because the online pictures showed the bears to be relatively small and thin, and I was worried about their treatment. I'm glad I chose to come this time. The bears are healthy and active, and you can feel their strength, agility, and intelligence through the glass. Suitable for families and couples to visit. The experience is wonderful~

Vi elskede vores Hokkaido Mount Yotei-tur! Afhentning og aflevering på hotellet gjorde alt så nemt, og den lille gruppestørrelse gjorde det afslappende. Vores guide, Wei, var præcis til tiden og en meget sikker chauffør, så vi følte os helt trygge hele dagen. Tidsplanen var slet ikke presset, hvilket gav os masser af tid til at læne os tilbage og nyde hvert stop. Kan varmt anbefale Wei og denne tur!

Had a great tour with Catherine. Visiting Jigokudani, Showashinzan, and Lake Toya on a tour is convenient. The weather at the start of summer was also pleasant, so we had a great time. We didn't go up the Usuzan Ropeway so we thought the pace and timing were just right. We were also back in Sapporo downtime early.

If you are someone who wants to take their time in one place, this tour isn’t for you. it’s fast-paced and you can visit a lot of places in one day. I especially appreciate the discount tickets that shops hand you when you get off the bus. (I think it was a special discount ticket for those on tour buses). Mila explained the background of the places we went to and recommended go-to-places around Hokkaido.

The Ocean Park isn't very big, and you can use the indoor corridors to move around so you won't get cold. I was hoping to use the break between shows to explore the inside of the castle, but there were also a lot of fun things to do inside. You can even touch slippery stingrays. Lunch is also very convenient. It seems only groups can eat all-you-can-eat sukiyaki. The penguin walk is also very cute.
