Jeg købte Trenitalia-passet på Klook og fik min e-billet med det samme. Aktiveringen var super nem, og QR-koden virkede på alle stationer fra Rom til Venedig. Togene var punktlige, rene og komfortable. Ubegrænset rejse sparede mig så meget i forhold til at købe enkeltbilletter og gjorde det muligt for mig at tage spontane dagsture. Klooks kundesupport var også lydhør, da jeg havde et spørgsmål. Den bedste måde at udforske Italien på med tog!

We had a wonderful experience on our Mt. Fuji trip with our guide, Taiyo! He communicated the timings very clearly, spoke very good English, and was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire trip. The group messenger communication was also quick and helpful. All the information we received before and during the trip was clear and useful, which made everything easy and stress free. Taiyo was also funny and kept the atmosphere fun and enjoyable throughout the day. He took some great photos for us and gave us useful tips on the best spots for pictures, which made the experience even more memorable. The only small downside was that the charging port on the bus wasn’t working, which was a little inconvenient. ☹️ Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our Mt. Fuji trip.
