there is an outdoor onsen and indoor onsen, though it’s small. could be quite crowded during peak hours. 5mins walk to the tourist center to buy the boat tickets

After watching videos shared online, I stayed for a week using a Klook discount. It's conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of the station (bus, JR), a large supermarket, department stores, and the Bikan Historical Quarter. The room was clean and spacious enough, and the staff were all very friendly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, ensuring I got all the nutrients I needed daily. On the 11th floor, there's a space for drinks and dining in the evening (including basic utensils and a microwave), where you can also enjoy the night view. The public bath and washing machines are also traveler-friendly amenities. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. Many thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality!

The hotel environment is clean! The front desk staff are friendly! We even received complimentary drinks upon check-in! The twin room was affordably priced, spacious, and included a bathtub. The room had a window with a sunny view of the parking lot (allowing two 29-inch suitcases to be opened simultaneously)! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options (the restaurant staff in the morning were very friendly and even gave our child a small gift)! Unlimited complimentary welcome tea and water were available during our stay! Parking was free for those driving. There's also a large shopping supermarket directly across from the hotel! Many restaurants are available nearby for dinner! We highly recommend this as the top choice for Taiwanese visitors traveling to Kurashiki! The next day, you can plan a visit to Kibitsu Shrine (approximately a 20-minute drive) and then continue on to explore Okayama City. 👍🏼

The driver was very nice. We didn't know we'd pass a huge torii gate along the way, and she specifically pointed it out to us. Luckily, we made a detour to take photos; otherwise, we would have almost missed an interesting sight! 😆

When we traveled to Kurashiki, we chose the yukata experience located above the convenience store. The staff were very friendly and helped us choose a suitable yukata style. You can also pay extra to have your hair styled. If you're visiting Kurashiki and want to feel like a local, you can try the yukata experience; you'll be able to take some beautiful photos! We even had foreign tourists take pictures with us, which was a special experience. It must have been because the kimono yukata were so beautiful! 😻

It was pouring rain that day, so we couldn't take a boat ride. Instead, we explored small shops in Kurashiki, ate snacks, made pancakes, enjoyed peach ice cream, had takoyaki, bought button hair accessories, visited the Momotaro Museum (old but funny), exchanged jelly, saw Snoopy and Miffy bread, found Sumikko Gurashi merchandise, browsed denim shops, explored free gardens, visited art museums, and had soba noodles for lunch. There was so much to do! We walked around in the rain from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. After lunch, we took the JR at 2:30 PM to Okayama Castle and Korakuen Garden! It was a great walk, and the 'Sanpo-ken' (walking pass) was very useful. The three of us bought five passes to use. You can't reuse them at the same store, and each person needs their own pass. For 250 yen, we had a great time for most of the day. It was beautiful and there were great things to buy! Excellent!

Suitable for those who are brave and over 130 cm tall. There's bungee jumping (additional charge required) and a standing, extra-long roller coaster. The sky bicycle and Ferris wheel are must-try attractions. There's a bingo game at 1 PM, and a waterslide open in the summer. To get there, alight at JR Kojima Station and transfer to bus route S1 at stop #4. The staff are friendly, except for the male attendant at the coffee cup ride (due to a language barrier). Nearby, you can visit Jeans Street and enjoy the sunset at Washuzan.

Butikken ligger ikke langt fra Kurashikis flodbred, på anden sal i en tøjbutik. Ejeren er meget venlig og omhyggelig. Selvom hun ikke taler kinesisk, kan man kommunikere via Google Translate og simpelt engelsk. Kimonoerne i butikken er alle smukke, og ejerens dygtige hænder kan også gøre frisurerne meget flotte. Med hensyn til pris og resultat kan det varmt anbefales!! Det var meget varmt den dag, og ejeren var så betænksom at låne os en paraply, hvilket vi er meget taknemmelige for 🥺

The exhibition primarily features optical illusions, and some of the displays are great for taking photos. Overall, it's more recommended for those with children. As people in our late thirties, we finished touring it quite quickly. Oh, and the staff were all very friendly and tourist-friendly!
