The hotel is very nice. The staff are super amazing and so helpful. Only negative is they stairs as there is no elevator for any floor.

Room was great. Layout of hotel is such that there are no elevators, lots of stairs. Unfortunate, great pool though.

Breakfast buffet amazing and a must do. Various happy hours through the property. Delicious drinks and food. Onsite restaurant a little pricey compared to outside restaurants. Our first room had a foul smell, had to switch rooms then was wonderful!! A little far from other areas but perfect for a peaceful quiet experience.

The hotel in South was beautiful well-maintained restaurants are very good. Staff was great I found the location to be too far from anything. The beach is quite far from the property, I don’t mean to Sand I mean to be able to swim

Multiple maintenance issues throughout our stay for my wife's 50th birthday. Day 1: Broken USB socket (only power source on one side of bed), broken drawer runners in wardrobe, and loose toilet roll holder. Reported issues, waited 15 mins for maintenance. Day 2: Despite telling reception at 6:30am we'd be out all day, returned to find room uncleaned and nothing repaired. They blamed a door button that was never explained to us at check-in. Poor coordination between reception, maintenance and housekeeping. Day 3: Drawers fixed but toilet roll holder still broken. Received apology cakes but insufficient for £385/night at a 5-star property. Basic room maintenance should have been completed before check-in. Disappointing experience for a milestone celebration.
