English speaking staff were nearly non existent.
Front desk staff Miffy was excellent, very helpful and friendly.
Our room had a badly leaky shower hose, more water leaked than coming out of the shower head. Other than that, room was nice and clean, comfortable bed and fluffy pillows.
Will stay again.

Dobrý Sadly the hotel stinks of cigarette smoke, even in non smoking rooms you may struggle with the smell as it makes for an uncomfortable experience.
If you are particular about clean showers then you may not what to stay here, plenty of black mould in the grout of the tiles, corners of the shower etc.
Breakfast isn't very appealing but you may get lucky and find something from the wide selection.
Check in staff were super friendly and helpful but English may be a challenge, have your translation app on the ready.

Overall stay is good and staff is cooperative. Especially as i need late check out due to my late-night flight the reception staff Ms. Wiffy Zheing took special permission.
