Akemi was an absolute delight! We were lucky enough to have her all to ourselves as there were eight of us, which made the tour feel really personal and relaxed. Akemi was incredibly knowledgeable, warm and informative. She was more than happy to answer all of our questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and really interesting. She also did a wonderful job interacting with our children and keeping them engaged throughout the tour. This was my first ever walking tour, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We learnt so much about Gion, its history and culture, and Akemi’s knowledge and lovely personality made it even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kyoto, especially families. Thank you, Akemi, for such a wonderful experience!

A fantastic trip and an excellent guide. I highly recommend it, especially if you are staying in Kyoto or Osaka for a short time but still want to visit the temples, shrines and Nara Park (I just wish we had little more time in Nara Park). Shine is a great guide for this tour, he was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. I warmly recommend Shine if you are looking for an excellent guide 😊

Our tour guide Zoya gave us the most amazing experience, very knowledgeable about Kyoto and surrounding areas, made the bus ride very fun with facts and jokes, I would highly recommend! we had more then enough time to explore and get the photos we needed 💯

Kyoto and Nara Day Tour with Valerie 😊 I was a bit worried since I'm Korean and might not understand the English explanations well, but I was able to grasp the general gist of things more easily than expected. Above all, after the explanations, Valerie would come right up to me to explain things slowly and again in person, and even sent a summary in Korean via KakaoTalk. This allowed my companion and me to understand everything together and stay fully engaged in the tour. The large tour bus was air-conditioned, cool, and comfortable while we traveled. The seats were spacious, and there was plenty of room for our luggage, making the ride very pleasant. Using the toll roads made our travel time efficient, and we had a fun time learning about Japan's history and culture along the way. In Nara, we got to experience feeding the deer directly, and it was so much fun because the deer were very enthusiastic 🦌. I especially appreciated the thoughtful consideration when Valerie worried that our shoes might get dirty and prepared a way for us to dust and wipe our feet after feeding the deer. If you want to comfortably explore both Kyoto and Nara in a single day, I think a day tour is a great choice. For a wonderful trip, I recommend checking for availability on your desired date in advance and booking quickly!

What a magnificent day! We are still talking about this wonderful trip. Our guide, Laura, was absolutely fantastic! She was very articulate, knowledgeable, and shared lovely and interesting stories about each place we visited. She really made the whole experience extra special. The trip was perfectly organised from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, and we had plenty of time to explore and enjoy each location without ever feeling rushed. Ending the day with a boat trip was the perfect finishing touch! Our bus driver was also wonderful—very friendly and professional, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout the journey. If you’re looking to visit somewhere different and have a truly memorable experience, this trip is an absolute must! Thank you so much, Laura and the whole team. （Průvodce）Průvodci, kteří umí přepínat mezi čínštinou, japonštinou a angličtinou, a někteří i korejsky, se postarají o každého člena skupiny. Můžete se dozvědět o původu a příbězích jednotlivých atrakcí, což je největší výhoda, protože nemusíte nic sami vyhledávat 😂. Je možné si předem objednat oběd, což vám ušetří více času na prohlídku chrámu Kijomizu-dera a jeho okolí, a jídlo je také dobré. Itinerář je dobře naplánovaný s ohledem na omezený čas (ale pokud jste cestovatel, který si rád vychutnává detaily a zůstává déle kvůli fotografování, tento výlet pro vás není vhodný, protože čas vyhrazený pro svatyni Fušimi Inari Taiša nestačí na projití celé cesty tisíce bran torii!). (Autobus) Čistý a uklizený, jízda byla plynulá a stabilní. Mám sklony k nevolnosti v autě a obvykle v autobuse spím, takže jsem se neprobudil kvůli špatné jízdě řidiče.

Toto je skvělý způsob, jak si prohlédnout Gion. Většina davů je tam přes den, takže noc je ideální čas jít. Navíc, pokud dostanete Jasmine, budete mít neuvěřitelně znalého průvodce. Rozhodně to stojí za ty peníze!
