Hotely poblíž Ueno Station

We booked a family room for 3 adults and 1 child, but the hotel generously gave us an 8-person room. It was incredibly spacious, with bunk beds for 4 people and two large double beds. Both the adults and children were amazed; it was so luxurious! The space was huge, the beds were clean, and the staff were incredibly warm and hospitable. They proactively offered free popsicles to the children and even let them draw for small prizes. In the evening, they took everyone to enjoy the hot springs, which was truly delightful. Although the price wasn't cheap, it was well worth it. Highly recommended! Cleanliness: Excellent! Service: Super warm and hospitable! Hotel Location: In the city center Transportation Convenience: Very convenient and lively!

5-10 minut chůze od stanice Ueno. V okolí je mnoho obchodů s jídlem. Personál je velmi přátelský. Pokoje jsou velmi čisté. Vybavení je vynikající.

Loved my stay at this hotel! It’s conveniently located near a station, so getting there is quick and easy — plus it’s close to Ueno Station. The room size is spacious compared to most Japanese hotels, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff are very accommodating, and there are lots of freebies to enjoy — from welcome drinks to evening food offerings. Overall, a comfortable and value-packed stay! will definitely stay here again when i come back in Tokyo

The location is close to Uguisudani Station. It is very convenient as you can take the Skyliner from Narita Airport to Nippori and transfer to the Yamanote Line for just one stop. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the twin room is barely manageable for two people, while the double room for single occupancy offers very comfortable space. Transportation convenience: Good Service: Good Cleanliness: Good Hotel location: Good

The room is spacious enough for two people with large luggage. The location is near Iriya Station (Hibiya Line). Their buffet breakfast is also excellent!

very nice hotel. The room is small but ok for staying alone. It's very clean and safe. Only 3 mins walk to Nippori station.

I stayed for six nights this time. The hotel is conveniently located on the JR Yamanote Line, just a three-minute walk from the station. It's also not as crowded as the city center. I highly recommend OMO5; the service was excellent.

The hotel has a 7-Eleven downstairs, is a 5-minute walk to Ameyoko, and is surrounded by many restaurants, making its location excellent. Check-in is on the 20th floor, and rooms are located from the 21st floor to the top floor, with offices below. After 12 AM, you need to use your room card to enter the building, and there are no staff members from 2 AM to 5 AM. Housekeeping is done every three days (i.e., on the 4th and 7th day), and clean towels are hung outside the door. Breakfast is a buffet, costing 1500 yen per person; it's just standard fare, so don't expect anything extraordinary. Some rooms offer views of Asakusa, while others overlook Mount Fuji. The Asakusa view is beautiful. I would stay here again on my next visit.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is super convenient. It’s near the JR Kinshicho Station and walking distance to malls, restaurants & convenience stores, so everything you need is nearby. The room is a bit small but that’s pretty normal in Tokyo. It was very clean and comfortable. What I loved the most was the complimentary amenity bar in the lobby. They were so generous with the free amenities, which was such a nice touch. I’d definitely stay here again!
