Šanghaj Gastronomické prohlídky

This was such a fun and immersive banquet. Big choice of hanfu, the hair was beautifully done (you can have it up or down). I paid for hair and make up but opted out of the make up, just the small decorative touches, as I don’t like using shared make-up and brushes. The overall outfit was amazing. The food was surprisingly good and the actors did well. Great service overall, I highly recommend getting VIP seats for the best views. There is a small game at the end for those who want to participate. The show is in Chinese however there is a projected translation on the wall.

the food is actually good 10/10 for me. but i was disappointed because it does not indicate that the tanghulu is only for vip guests. i woulve upgraded if i knew. and the lotus flower for dessert was changed. i was actually looking forward for that. but luckily the replacement is so good too. and the performances is very entertaining. my baby enjoyed the show and the food also. the staffs are very nice and helpful

Night sight was nice but it’s a pity the glasses at pearl towel was quite dirty, can’t take clear picture. Food at coke restaurant was good with wide variety.

the staff were amazing, service was great, food was delicious, performance was so cool, definitely would recommend was one of the best things we did in Shanghai, we didn’t do the makeup or dress up

Yesterday’s dining experience was truly memorable; not just a meal, but a full sensory journey. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere felt elegant and immersive, with traditional Chinese aesthetics blended beautifully with modern luxury. The performance added such a unique touch to the evening. Watching the live cultural show while enjoying the meal made the experience feel like stepping into a different era. it was theatrical, calming, and beautifully presented. The food itself was thoughtfully plated and carried a refined balance of flavours. Each dish felt carefully prepared, with attention given not only to taste but also to presentation. The setting, tea service, lighting, and overall ambience created a feeling of exclusivity and celebration. What stood out most was how the restaurant transformed dinner into an experience; combining cuisine, history, art, and hospitality. A wonderful place for anyone looking for something beyond a typical fine dining meal.
