We were very satisfied with the hotel's breakfast! Every day, breakfast met all our needs. The clean, fresh, and sweet salad was my absolute favorite! Paired with the egg dishes made fresh by the kitchen staff, it truly satisfied my appetite. The most special part was the latte made for me by the handsome young man. The coffee provided by the hotel was actually much better than what you'd find at outside cafes! Please remember to bring a tip for breakfast every day; their staff is excellent, so please support them! The front desk staff also spoke Chinese, which made communication very convenient. The night shift staff member had excellent English and was very enthusiastic, helping us book our trip to Kuang Si Falls. There are massage parlors and hair salons near the hotel, and across the street is Lanzhou Beef Noodle, which stays open late and is delicious. Before leaving, we also stopped by Dao Cafe to buy some souvenirs; this chain cafe is also near the hotel and is quite worth trying!

I stayed at Thatsaphone Hotel in Luang Prabang and had a pleasant overall experience. One thing to note is that cars can’t access the hotel directly, so I was dropped off about 2 minutes away and had to walk. The area is a bit steep, so it might be challenging if you’re carrying large or heavy luggage but the staff are very helpful and will assist with carrying your bags.
The location is great, within easy walking distance to the night market and the old town area, which makes exploring really convenient. The room itself was nice and clean and comfortable for my stay.
They also offer helpful services like booking train tickets and arranging van pickups.

Included pickup from your hotel/accom and we were transferred to shared vans. itinerary is packed the whole day, from visit to village to Kuang Si waterfalls, then lunch - with opportunity to feed elephant, then transfer to boat ride toward Pak Ou Caves. Last stop at Wine Village is also a great walk. We chanced upon strong wind and rain showers, but we had sighting of rainbow. Totally good day trip!

Stunning views only ruined by the loud kareoke boats on the river. A free drink and snacks of banana chips included. I think it is best to sit on the bottom at the front of the boat, as less people blocking the view.

fantastic!! the staff was nice the boat was not over filled passengers could easy get up move around and take photos. I had the best seat in the house with a fellow solo traveler eho we was chatting on the boat and of cause the sunset was incredible!! all us on the boat could relax so so nice. a beer is included(or soft drink if you prefer) highly recommended

Had a lovely time on a New Years Eve sunset cruise. Price included pick-up from hotel, free drink on arrival and a snack. *Feedback to Klook* I'm not 100% the cruise we booked was the cruise we went on, but having said that, our cruise was excellent! Could be a 'lost during interpretation' but we definitely thought we were booking a different cruise and after booking, the name of the cruise was not visible, leaving us a little confused. Could be to do with the coding of the booking system?

Very enjoyable sunset cruise on the Mekong. A big plus is that there was no loud karaoke like on many other boats – it made the atmosphere calm, relaxing, and genuinely scenic. From what I understand, the boat runs on solar energy, which is a nice sustainable touch. The views at sunset are beautiful, and the experience feels well-paced and not rushed. There was also an interesting show at the end, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I highly recommend choosing this specific cruise over other options on the river.

They picked us up from the hotel around 11 AM as scheduled, and we had plenty of time to swim until we met back at the parking lot at 2:45 PM. Some parts of the road were unpaved, and people on rental motorbikes seemed to have a hard time with the dust, so I recommend taking a shared van. If you choose a tour that packs in too many activities, you might not have much time to swim, so I think it's good to simply have transportation provided.

Skvělé služby, dobrý řidič. Zarezervovali jsme SUV pro skupinu 4 osob. Moji rodiče byli s celou zkušeností velmi spokojeni. Náš řidič byl úžasný a ochotný. Celkově si určitě zarezervujeme znovu.
