We did the 8h private tour with Loe. Honestly, most of the places we visited you could probably visit on your own, but Loe really elevated the experience with her stories & insights about the city. The highlight was our private lunch at Crowne Plaza - superb dimsum, amazing view & such fun chatting with Loe & getting to know more about SZ. In hindsight, not being able to experience the drone delivery lunch was probably a blessing in disguise! The driverless taxi was another eyeopening experience. It could have been a longer ride but we chose a nearby destination, so that’s on us 😄 The tour is on the expensive side, but for us it was worth it. I brought my parents along (my dad’s an electronics geek!), and I could tell he really enjoyed himself. Even though I’ve visited SZ multiple times, I came away with a much better understanding of the city & better yet, a new friend! We did the tour in Mandarin, but Loe is fluent in English too. Would definitely be open to more tours with Loe!

This half-day tour was absolutely fantastic and efficiently covered the cutting edge of AI technology. The biggest highlight for me was getting to ride in an autonomous taxi (Robotaxi) twice! I was a bit nervous at first, but the ride was incredibly smooth, and it was amazing to experience the future of transportation firsthand. During the tour, we also watched an incredible robot dance performance and even got to control a robotic dog ourselves, which was highly thrilling! Navigating Shenzhen can be quite challenging if you don't speak Chinese, so having our guide, Jossie, provide fluent English guiding was a huge lifesaver. Thanks to Jossie's clear explanations and kind support, I felt safe and learned so much. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Shenzhen!

Naše průvodkyně (Jessie) je skvělá, super milá, ochotná, nadšená a přátelská. Má také dobrou angličtinu, což celou zkušenost velmi usnadňuje. Je super příjemná, nemohli jsme si přát víc.

This tour is a great experience if you want to see everything in person. It was enjoyable and gave us a better appreciation of the attractions. I believe the robot store has a lot of untapped potential. The store setup, overall presentation, and activities could be elevated to create a more engaging and interactive experience. While it was interesting, it felt a bit limited, and I hope they continue to enhance it in the future. A special thanks to our guide, Jossie! He was energetic, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the tour. He was always responsive, proactive, and made the experience even more enjoyable.

We’re really happy with the whole experience — from exploring the tech store and discovering AI products, to enjoying food delivered by drone and riding in a driverless car. Amazing. Loria’s explanations in english really helped us understand the story behind everything.

Great private tour, the guide was caring towards my elderly parents & put in substantial effort to engage everyone on the tour. The various experiences in this tour gave accurate insights into the technical wizardry happening in China.

Definitely a tour to take with an English speaking guide. The AI tour is an eye opener of the amazing technology from China. A must do experience.

It was a good experience to ride a driverless taxi and watch the drone food delivery. Jossie, our tourist guide, is polite and helpful. Highly recommended.
