店員友善，接待只有一位職員，較忙不過來，因為同時幾組客人到來，要等待一下，可以用英語溝通，但有時選擇困難，問她建議選哪一種配色的配件，對方說不上來只能笑一笑。換衫跟做髮型的是年紀較大的女士，說日文，但態度友善。換完衫後，等一會兒攝影師到，是台灣人，大家都好I，哈哈，不會硬聊天感覺也好。我們比較不會擺pose跟表情，雖然都有指示動作，但自己感覺放不開。但是整體都滿意，隔一天很快就收到照片，下次會再考慮。最後攝影師還幫我們把木屐拖鞋拿回店還，我們多走一會才回店換衫。店舖較細，男生選擇較少，都是幾種配色。女生算多選擇，但配件選擇不多。

Wearing a kimono has been a dream of mine since childhood, and Okimonoya made it come true. A special shout-out to Anita and all the lovely ladies who helped us—they were so kind, patient, and attentive while helping us choose the perfect kimono, accessories, and hairstyle. Watching the transformation in the mirror felt like a fairytale. The photoshoot was amazing, with a patient photographer who guided us through each pose and took so many beautiful shots. I also loved that we could keep the kimono all day (and even return it the next morning), which made exploring Kyoto’s temples and streets truly unforgettable.

loved the experience. i booked both kimono rental and the photoshoot. the rental and kimono prep was smooth and easy, i was quickly transformed with my kimono and hair. the photography session was also very fun and memorable: the photographer was very nice and mindful of me, she asked which vibe i wanted and helped me with posing and getting the right lighting with optimal results. would recommend 100%
