Fantastic 5.0
The boat ride was great. We get to enjoy the speedboat as it was cruising along the Andaman sea coast and the rivers which had mangroves. The skipper showed us some of the places to take pictures and we got a closeup view of the mangroves. The bat cave was also interesting to walk. The eagles were also easy to spot and you can see them clearly. Last stop fish farm was also great, you can have lunch there and see the fish and livestock like the stingray up close. 100% recommend if anyone comes to Langkawi, especially for the price.

The weather was beautiful on the day of the trip, with clear skies. The journey officially began as soon as we arrived at the pier. The captain provided commentary and guided us to Crocodile Island and Pregnant Maiden Island. Afterwards, we docked at an island for some free time, then fed bread to fish, and watched the eagle feeding, which was very exciting. Finally, on the return trip, the captain demonstrated his amazing water-skimming skills, leaving everyone in awe. It was an unforgettable journey.

I bought the cheapest tour, covered a few spots. The tour guide was nature lover I guess, he appreciated the wild life and shared us what to do and not to in the wild. He always ensured the safety and regulation before departure. Very educational trip with responsible tour guide. Highly recommend!

The most amazing cruise we ever had. The buy1free1 offer is totally worth it! We are a group of 6 ladies totally enjoyed the cruise, esp with the super awesome crew Eva & her team from Golden Eagle Cruise Langkawi. They were super friendly & kind to all passengers. There were free flow soft drinks & mineral water on board. Buffet dinner served at 5pm. They offered free swim on net & paddle boat services. We add-on sports car motorboat ride for a good deal. Random drone video & footage was offered to all for FREE!! Please do not miss the opportunity for this good deals :)

With good weather, in the Cable Car you get to enjoy the view of the high mountains, the sea and even managed to spot waterfalls among the rainforest. The SkyGlide was a cramped one though. Hot and packed. My advice is, go down by the stairs so that you skip the waiting time that can go up to 30mins. (We were lucky to miss the 30mins wait as we went in before lunch time in the morning). You can then choose to take the SkyGlide when returning to take the SkyCab. To return via the stairway is a tiring ascending way up trip. The SkyBridge is rather short walking distance but has good view of the surrounding. 3D Art Museum was fun. You need to participate and take all of the fun shots to enjoy it. The SkyDome was ok. Kids will enjoy the show I supposed. The SkyRex was temporaily closed when we were there in early September.

You must love underwater creatures to enjoy this and there are also non sea creatures like birds, marmoset, iguana and other reptiles. The santuary has a pretty good exotic species like Goby fish, Puffer fish, Morays. Not as big as Japan’s and Singapore’s but we still enjoy it.

It is a great experience even though it started at night because of the light showcase, but it is safe with proper guidance from the team from the Dream Forest Langkawi and advisable to go by all ages to know the history, to know the story about the Langkawi old folk story. And thank you to Imanina, she's the team from the Dream Forest, have giving us the chance to have fun at the scream interactive area to showcase fireflies and also, you know, to be together with the family.

A first-time booking experience through Klook—very easy and extremely fast. A great app for customers who are hesitant to try booking with Klook; please trust me, it is very good. It's a great place to see crocodiles that kids will really love. Seeing the staff feed the crocodiles and the shows with them was so much fun. Thank you!

Love the tour. It was nice and relaxed. Our guide/boat driver was very friendly, telling stories and taking pictures of the guests. The only thing I’d like to mention is to think twice about the included lunch—it’s definitely not worth it. Lunch is served at the last stop, where there is a small café to buy soft drinks. You may want to bring some snacks or just wait until the end of the tour to have a proper dinner

What to know before visiting Langkawi

What to expect in Langkawi

This catalogue is led by Observation decks, Tours, Zoos & aquariums, Cruises and Parks & gardens, so you’ll find quick, family-friendly viewpoints and short tours alongside boat trips and green spaces for different budgets. That spread means travellers can mix low-cost entry experiences with a smaller number of pricier boat-based options. Demand peaks in December and is quietest in March, so expect the busiest selection and higher demand for popular time slots in December and easier access in March.

How to choose what to book here

The main decision is whether you prioritise low-cost sightseeing or a wider range that includes premium boat trips: Observation decks are the most affordable way in, typically around USD 10, while Cruises offer the widest range with a typical price of USD 50 and higher upper-end options. If you’re price-sensitive and filling gaps in an itinerary, Observation decks suit that purpose; for predictable mid-priced options where shopping around gains little, Zoos & aquariums are tightly clustered around USD 11.

For variety and occasional splurges choose Cruises, whose entry-level is typically around USD 34 and whose upper-end is typically around USD 59, giving the broadest set of choices. Tours and Parks & gardens sit in the mid-range and are good where what’s included varies most, with Tours typically around USD 14 and Parks & gardens typically around USD 16.

When travellers typically book

Most travellers book at the last minute, typically around 1 day ahead, while the earliest planners book about 5 days ahead. Plan a little cushion for December, when demand peaks, but otherwise nothing here needs booking months in advance.

How prices compare across categories

The table below shows how the city’s top categories compare on price so you can place a budget before choosing.

Category Typical Price Usual Range
Observation decks USD 10 USD 4 – 24
Tours USD 14 USD 12 – 18
Zoos & aquariums USD 11 USD 10 – 14
Cruises USD 50 USD 34 – 59
Parks & gardens USD 16 USD 12 – 22

Typical price is the median paid on Klook; the usual range covers the middle half of bookings, so cheaper and pricier options exist outside it; prices are shown with their currency code. Based on Klook booking data, August 2025 – July 2026.
