Things to do in Chongqing

Booking tickets on KLOOK gave us peace of mind as we just needed to go to the theater and redeemed the tickets with our passports. The performance was great, and if you do not understand Mandarin Chinese, there is a translator device available to use but you will have to pay a deposit of RMB150 which is refundable upon return of device. Had a wonderful time in Wulong Karst, it was sprinkling the day we went and it made the mountains look magical! Our tour guide connected us with our driver over Wechat the day before and we were given clear instructions on which hikes to take on the day. Everything ran super smoothly and our driver was very friendly!

Good value for money. The tour included all the must-see tourist spots and a river cruise in Chongqing. The downside was a bit rush. The tour guide can only speak Mandarin and foreigners would need to use their own gadgets or get help from the other participants who can speak English. But overall, it was a very good experience.
