The service was great, and the car was new, making it very easy to drive. After checking in, they let you choose your own car. There might be some cars on the lot that aren't in great condition, but new cars are being brought back while you're choosing. Returning the car for inspection was also quick and easy, and the shuttle bus to the airport is right next to the drop-off area.

The car rental pick-up and drop-off were very quick, and the staff didn't try to push insurance. We rented from the airport location, which has a shuttle bus that takes 15 minutes from the terminal to the rental location. The shuttles are very frequent.
