Fantàstic
overnighted for a few hours rest. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Bed and bedding very comfortable and of high quality. The water pressure in the shower was AWSOME. Breakfast buffet was high end. Conveniently close to IST. Only negative was the odor of stale cigarette smoke in hallways and room.

The front desk people were friendly, accommodating. Room was ready early. Repair in room was doen well. Service in the middle of the night great. Gave a breakfast basket at 3:00am.

The hotel lacks ambience, restaurant area bland, food was very ordinary and we couldn’t eat one of our meals- they did take it off the bill however. Some breakfast items were cold. Quality of bathroom linen was well below Hilton standard I would say.Close to airport but not much else around there.Sadly can’t recommend.

Good hotel. Just weird and a little scratchy to have wires behind a mirror that had no lights. I took a photo and informed the staff and let them know. They apologized in a WhatsApp message but provided no explanation as to why these were there. Furthermore, the door safety lock was broken. Other than these two issues, it was a beautiful hotel; breakfast was really good, and so was the staff.

This hotel is one of the pricier properties in the area. Yet, the service was not that good. I had to wait for more than 40 minutes for my food to arrive in the restaurant There were multiple waiters yet they were quite incompetent. I was a solo traveler. The staff focused on the larger tables and ignored me. They need better training. The food was OK. Nothing special. Breakfast was good. The property was clean and well maintained. Still, I don’t think it is worth the price.

We came early evening and the room was not ready. When we got in, the floor had water spots and a feather (down) on the floor. From the entrance one has to walk through the dining facility which made it a fairly busy place to try to have a relaxing meal. At dinner we got a table så wobbly (one adjusting screw was missing). My son used the tip of his shoe to stabilize it. Then I asked for orange juice for breakfast. What I got was something akin to Cool-Aid, but MUCH worse. Honestly, at a HILTON hotel. It was no better than a midpriced motel.
