The staff was excellent. The issue is that the Frt Airlines Hotel is under renovation and closed. The rooms were completely different from the advertisement.

FRT is currently being remodeled, the Garner Hotel across the street is honoring reservations. The desk clerk came over when he saw my taxi pull up.and helpedewoth my bags.

Hotel is actually is closed by provided address. Hotel is located on other side of street with complete different name. Property need to make sure they listing correct building with address and name updated . It was very confusing by getting there and realizing hotel is not at provided location & address
