Allotjat amb amics

There's only 2 laundry machines so there could be some wait time. The dryer is a typical Japanese dryer, not the strongest for big loads. There's a laundromat on the same block so if you have a big load of clothing, I suggest using that instead. I do like the seating area in the lobby, Good space to hang out with your friends.

Stayed here for a night and it was a comfortable stay. About 15 mins from the main station with some bus stops nearby. They have some amenities that you can take from the lobby and a laundry. Room was a nice size. Arrived early and they were able to hold luggage until room was ready.

Allotjat amb amics

Check in and out was easy and quick. Can drop off luggage if arrived early before the check in time. Amenities is solid, especially the drink dispenser (close at 10 P.M). Cleaning of the room is decent, but wish they'll clean or replace the shower curtains more frequently. Laundromat was a bit disappointing... the dryer doesn't dry so wasted couple hundred yen on that.

There were stains on some of the sofas, carpet, finger prints on the glass, and doorknobs when we first arrived in our room. Cleaning staff needs to do a better job at cleaning the room before next guests.

Modern hotel, with decent sized rooms. Bathroom on the small side but all requirements met. Very good amenities (free soft drinks and tea/coffee in lobby area) About 10min to Kyoto station walking, 7-11 directly opposite hotel, and a subway station 5min away.

I love the convenience of the location. 4 minutes walking to one of the train stations. 13 minutes walking from the kyoto station. The 7eleven was across the street. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel I have nothing negative to say about this place. There's a laundry mat like 3 minutes away too. 🙂

Quite close to Kyoto station (15 min walk). The rooms are small. The road in front of the hotel was always busy, and the noise could be heard inside the room. The price was fair.

Located a 10-15 minute walk from the station and a 7-11 right opposite which was convenient. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable, and there was a safe, hairdryer, and fridge with complimentary water. My only dislike was the bathroom felt extremely low and sunken when stepping in which made me feel strange as i felt off balance. I was on the ground floor so I'm not sure if its the same for all rooms. Staff were very helpful and had free umbrellas for a day of rain. I also liked that the small lounge area at the front had free drinks served until 10pm - the green latte was lovely!
