S'ha quedat amb la parella

Rooms were small and smelt bad. One room smelt of stale cigarette smoke. The other room had dreadful airfresheners plugged in. Not sure what it was trying to cover up. Too strong.

Wanted to extend our stay another night so guy at front desk told us to do it online, the next day they made us check out at 10 and we’re not able to check back in til 3 even though we followed the instructions to do it online. If we knew the inconvenience it would cause we would have had the guy just extend it for us but it wasn’t relayed to us that we would have to check out. Lady as the desk was not friendly or helpful or understanding of the situation. Customer service and communication sucks. On top of that we had to pay extra so we could have a later check out on the day that we extended. Take your money somewhere else where the business cares about helping rectifying issues that the staff themselves caused.

The room was great, the staff were very helpful and accommodating, and it wasn't to far from the places I wanted to visit. All together, it was a great stay.
