Fantàstic Perfect location, close to the train station and a 5-10 minute walk to the shops and popular must-sees of dotonbori! The staff were also very helpful and kind.

Per sota de la mitjana The room is very dusty because the carpet is not vacuumed. If you prefer to fix your room, bedsheets and fresh towels -you should tell them otherwise they will clean the after 3 nights stay. The front desk staffs barely understand English even the very basic. I asked them of my concerns for my room, the said “yes” but still not resolved when I came back to my room. Management has to developed the communication of their front desk because their hotel is advertised worldwide. The hotel has a laundry room, vending machine and ice machine which is comfortable for travellers. Also, take note whatever services advertised on their tv screen (car rental, airport transfer etc) is not affiliated to the hotel. The guest has to call directly to the airport shuttle office, problem is they also don’t speak English. It’s a struggle.

We recently stayed at APA Hotel Namba and overall had a good experience. The hotel’s location is excellent — just steps from shops, restaurants, and train stations, making it very easy to explore Osaka. We loved how many great places were within walking distance. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the on‑site restaurant was a pleasant surprise with fun energy and genuinely great service.
The reason we’re giving a 3‑star rating instead of higher is due to the room size and comfort level. The room was extremely small, even by Japan standards, and the bed comfort wasn’t ideal — the mattress was very thin and the pillows offered little support. These two factors made the stay less comfortable than we hoped.
Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location and wonderful staff, but the room comfort keeps it from being a perfect stay.

The property was centrally located which was great. The staff was extremely helpful and profesional. They had a restaurant on site that was very good. The room was a bit small, more for a single traveler than a couple, but we made it work. Nice stay!!

Very pleased with the our hotel, so clean and comfortable (a little small) but everything was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful and thankfully, A/C worked well because it was very warm and humid outside but that didn't stop us from having a great time. So many things to do and sites to see nearby. We enjoyed being walking distance from all the action but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet around our hotel. Looking forward to our next stay.
