Good hotel, rooms a bit small ( not much space for suitcases) but we managed, location is very convenient close to metro and shopping

The staff were really helpful! My friend and I had a really early flight out of Osaka however the earliest train made our transit to the airport really tight. One of the staff Koko was super helpful! She did research and found the best route to take and the most cost effective as well!! She found us later to suggest it we didn't even ask her !! We made it to our flight on time and checkout and in were super smooth!!

Per sota de la mitjana Shower head was horrible, it was like showering under three water guns. High pressure, but only under 3 points. If you changed the shower head setting you were left with a mist machine at a Disney World merch shop in Florida on a 36 degree celcius day. Otherwise the room was alright I guess.
