I stayed here for 2 nights and wished it were longer.
The location is excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the room was small but very comfortable and well laid out. The pillows and mattress were amazing.

Excellent hotel, great location. Everything very clean and nothing missing or to complain about.
Nice small bonuses like a heated towel holder and automatic blackout blinds.
I definitely recommend this place!
Very good, complete breakfast with joy and cold buffet including fresh cheese and fruits, a variety of bakery items, eggs, Spanish omelette and more.

The hotel was a little overpriced for the what's provided. The staff were pleasant and helpful in addressing any questions, however they didn't go out of their way to inquire how things were going throughout our stay. The room was small with minimal drawer to closet space for king size bed. Small shower and slippery. Not enough bright lighting for my wife to put on makeup. Furniture was outdated. Location was good and within walking distance to several historical landmarks, such Plaza Isabella, Theatro, Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor and others. There's many more hotels within the same vicinity. There's no onsite parking available at the hotel. Since this was our first trip to Madrid, when my wife and I return, we'll likely look for another hotel to compare and say.

Excelente experiencia en el Hotel Ópera. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la Gran Vía y del Palacio Real. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias, personal muy amable y un ambiente acogedor. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.
