There was full scale renovation going on in the rooms above and around. Woken 7.30am Saturday morning to pneumatic drill and hammering with a sledgehammer, was really loud. They should never have allowed the hotel to sell rooms for these days. Staff acknowledged it was ridiculous but rather than taking direct responsibility directed us back to expedia for a refund.

Hotel feels hot from the moment you walk in. AC on rooms were not working properly. Called rooms service twice but they claimed it was working fine. Was about 80 degrees inside the rooms all three days i stayed.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was beyond helpful. Ester was the first to greet me after a very long sleepless journey. She helped me when I need help with the lighting system. The bed was comfortable. The rooftop bar was enjoyable. I would stay there again.

The staff was extremely helpful directing us to several wonderful places to vist and eat. The rooftop deck was a multiple evening ender. Madrid very walkable from the hotel. We enjoyed our visit:)

We had a wonderful stay! The terrace room on the 10th floor was incredible. The view and the outdoor space right in the heart of the Gran Via was really special. We were walking distance from many of the best locations, and we walked to many great lunches and dinners everyday. The staff was super friendly and answered all of our typical tourist questions with a smile. They also accommodated our early check-in request and gave us a call promptly when our room was ready. Can’t wait to return!
