Hotel is not well maintained. Not as advertised aesthetically. Reception staff is great but management is horrible. When you bring up a concern it doesn’t get handled. I’m going back to Japan Kyoto again and would not return to same hotel.

The hotel could do a better job putting toilet paper in the room. Had to retrieve it in the lobby which doesn't seem right on some level. A coffee pot in the room with coffee would have been a nice touch. Excellent staff, clean room, room layout and entrance to the hotel nice. Safety deposit box a good thing.

Clean room but did have an odor. Generally good hotel. Good central location. Generally Helpful staff. Internet did not work in our room first night but they fixed it the next day.
