Everything was excellent. The best thing for me was trains and bus stations were nearby and walkable. Staff was very nice as well and everything was clean.

Bé The staff at the guesthouse were great to help with any questions. This guesthouse it a bit different than most others in that it doesn’t have a lounge area to hang out and meet other guests. The location is very convenient for the train station and local attractions.

Fantàstic We loved this place! Very small and quaint, maybe about 8 rooms total? The place was very clean - almost immaculate. The staff was wonderful. It has everything you need in Kyoto, including being very close to Kyoto station! Would 100% stay again.

Per sota de la mitjana This is not a hotel or hostel. It is just a house, and owner divided into many small rooms. Unfortunately, the room was very small and dirty. The bed was also very dirty too. Pillows were so hard, and the most terrible thing is that the smell of the room was so bad. I can not sleep all night and feel very tired next day.

Great Location
just 2 bus stop away from Kyoto Station.
basically u can go anywhere to nearby attraction using this Bus Route.
I recomending Buy 1 day Pass and Extra passes for all remaining days. Great to be able to connect all location with Kyoto City Bus route.
This BJ Family House is Clean and Secured. its in centre of Kyoto City. Great place if u want connect Kyoto with other region area.
Owner/Staff is Friendly and able to speak English.
Tips: If u dont want to ride Bus. u can just walk from Kyoto Station to here. just 10min easy walking (just 3 traffic light streets)
On late night still have street light and you can walking.
