Central located hotel in Kyoto. Rooms were very small as well as the bathroom. Hotel staff very helpful and assisted to ship our luggage to our next destination. Hotel staff also helpful with advice and also storing our luggage until we were ready to depart.

I warned the manager that he had an option for a one star or a five star review, he chose a one star review. I lost one of my little plastic room keys and they charged me ¥1000 which is equivalent to about seven dollars all for a little plastic kitty. Charging me that outrageous amount for a card that cost less than $.50 it's not acceptable for someone who occupied to separate rooms for a total of three days. Additionally, do not think about purchasing the breakfast because it is absolutely horrible. There are much better options nearby for less money

Good location and helpful staff. This hotel is walking distance to Kyoto station and lots of shops around including a Lawson store. The hotel staff helped in keeping our luggage before check in and after check out. Rooms are decent size (as you get them in Japan) and the property is well maintained.
