Room was great! Shower was awesome. Only downside was that despite two laundry rooms they were almost always full. Leading to late night laundry sessions. Loved it!

Wonderful hotel that was more than I had expected. Excellent service and amenities. Very quiet, nice neighborhood and close to shopping, entertainment and the train station. Highly reocommend!

The location is excellent, the surrounding environment is particularly pleasant and quiet. The hotel's afternoon tea is very good. It's very close to Shinsaibashi and the subway, and all the major brands like LV and Chanel are within easy reach.
