Our family loved this hotel and our room. It was very spacious and has everything you need for your stay. It is in the middle of many restaurants and shops. We do greatly recommend to stay here and you will be treated as if you were in home. Osaka was our last hotel stay in Japan after passing through Tokyo and Kyoto. After 2 weeks of our family vacation, we are truly going to miss Japan and its amenities it has. We loved how caring, appreciate and respectful the people from Japan are and how clean it is. Thank you Japan!

A great hotel close to station, shopping and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was happy they had a gym but there are no mats or weights for workouts. Just aerobic machines. Restaurant is good.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, the rooms were immaculate, and the location was perfect. It was right off one of the main streets so you didn't have to walk far to get to all the action. The amenities were great, you just have to wait until they are set up near the elevators to get your refills.

We booked a wood flooring twin room. The room is very spacious and I can open up my luggage without blocking the way. The hotel staff is very efficient and brought me the extra pillows very quickly. However, the hotel has only one such room type per level and the room does not have a washer dryer.
