The staffsThe staff here are absolutely wonderful. After we checked out, we were waiting quite a while for our ride to show up. The team noticed this and immediately stepped in to help. They spent a lot of time trying to call the Klook operator for us, and when that didn't work out after multiple attempts, they didn't just leave us stranded. Instead, they took the initiative to arrange a large transfer that could comfortably accommodate all 6 of us and our 7 pieces of luggage. The staff member who helped us was incredibly courteous, patient, and amazing. We are so grateful for their hospitality and highly recommend this place!

Great location, friendly staff. Room is a bit small but doable. Water pressure is good. Location wise, it's close to nightlife, night market, shopping districts and metro station. Would recommend this place!

Good location in Ximending and just outside of the busy area such that it is quiet at night. Literally step outside the metro station exit 3. I thought the price is reasonable, not cheap nor expensive. Room is clean, has strong AC and good WiFi. There’s a common room in the basement with small kitchen and laundry. Staff was courteous and lent us umbrellas for our rainy days in Taipei.
