Location is great, it's the biggest hotel near to Ximending. Since it's a large hotel, the check-in process is very chaotic, but once done. the stay was okay.

The bathroom is leaking and no conditioner like in other countries . Need an extra towel needs to register? Seriously ? It sucks. The wifi is on and off very unstable

Found cockroach few times

Check in: I initially had 2 reservations. But decided to add another 1 since my flight arrives very early morning. The front desk was very good at making sure we just stayed in 1 room throughout our stay and to make sure that the 2 rooms were reserved are very close to each other Breakfast: Food was good. However, we stayed for 8 nights and the food are mostly the same everyday. Cleanliness: The hotel in general is clean. However there are signs of wear and tear which are probably unavoidable. But overall clean. You can also request to change sheets as you want. AC: We had 2 different rooms. One with view and one without. We notice the one without view was cooler while the one with view took awhile to get cold and I’d generally much warmer, possibly due to the sun shining into the room with view. Staff: They are generally helpful except for one where my group came back to the host at 3ish and they still haven’t cleaned the tin, so we decided to just ask for replacement towels the cleaning lady never looked at us and started shooing us away. We didn’t really understand what she wanted to say so we’re just left and let it be. But later, sunshine came knocking on the door and said she’ll take the trash out and replaced our towels. Overall GOOD. Recommend.

Property could use an update. Room is dark. Carpets have stains, hallway and room. Good size bathroom for a Superior Family Room. Big comfortable double beds. Loved the shampoo and body soap.

Dirtiest carpet I have ever seen, the AC in the room is freezing cold and does not respond to adjustments, poor shower door design flood the bathroom after every shower, small room., breakfast was crowded and food was so so. The lobby looks good though and the hotel location was good and convenient.

Killed a cockroach in my first room (1050). The staff offered to change my room which I did. Changed to level 8 and I saw another cockroach at the lvl 8 corridor. Both are baby cockroaches so I would think there are plenty in the hotel since cockroach lays a lot of eggs. Staff service was ok but not good enough for me to put up with the cockroaches.
