The staff were polite and extremely helpful, such a pleasure. The hotel is lovely, the room and bed so comfy. Highly recommend this spot in taipei, you won't be disappointed. If I ever find myself in taipei again I'll definitely rebook this place.

Not bad experience, a little loud on the street and the random hidden fee in the stipulations on the number of people (even though we booked with that number included) wasn’t great but alas it was just 20 bucks not 400 like other hotels in Taiwan this trip (yes this happened)

There was an oder in my first room and the front desk volunteered to move me to another room. sadly they were fully booked, but moved me the next morning, with smiles. it's always the small things, but this place is well organized: - shower door opens into shower, so no dripping on the floor - light switches are labeled correctly - in room safe works - door closer closes door all the way, so it is locked - hallways/common areas clean, well organized and useful the only negative was at 5am the morning I was leaving - only had warm water, not hot water. minor issue (different if only cold water) and perhaps I beat their hot water timer. If I return (immigration is a nightmare at the airport) I would stay at Swiio Hotel again and hope other locations are just as good

Had a terrible experience at Swiio. Bought and used a whole bottle of carpet deodorizer and multiple air fresheners but could not sleep through the stench. Air was thick and moldy. Could not tough it out and checked out early.
