Extremely short walk to Tanukikoji Shopping Street where we enjoy tremendously. Eat shop eat shop sleep lol! Close to yummy eateries and fresh seafoods at Nijo Market! Room was a bit squeeze for our family of 3 otherwise all is good. Breakfast was sumptuous and 💯!

The hotel only cleans the room on alternate days. If you want it cleaned daily, you have to pay extra. For the price we paid, daily cleaning should be included to enhance guest experience. Otherwise, location is very good and convenient. Breakfast spread is amazing.

Boutique hotel with no driveway. Room was very clean and modern, furnishing modern and pleasant. A significant plus is the onsite onsen, Nice to have a convenience store on the ground floor. Proximity to snow festival and restaurants/stores is good. It became clear that it primarily caters to Japanese clientele. Staff not the most helpful although it could be the language. Breakfast buffet is pretty much Japanese.

Amazing Staff, Great Location, Easy to get TJ from the train station. Clean Rooms, comfortable beds. Amazing water pressure. Terrific on site Onsens. Also on site Lawson’s.
