This hotel locates in the heart of Susukino. It is less than 3 minute walk to Susukino subway station and Cocono Susukino, a shopping complex with a supermarket in the basement. The breakfast buffet offers many good selections with Hokkaido ingredients. The soft serve ice cream was excellent.

Old hotel, management response very slow for requests. Toilet was not very clean. Wallpaper has stain on it. Front reception service was okay. Convenient location.

I only had two transactions with the staff in the 5 days I was. Checkin & out. Room was very clean. Comfy bed & pillows. I would recommend this hotel. The only downside, there were many restaurants ajoining it, with loads of people coming & going. But once in the lift to your room it was very quiet. Bang in the centre of the Susukino area. Restaurants & bars just a 50 meter walk away. Susukino is the 'happening' area of Sapporo.
