Our stay was good experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and everything worked. The breakfast was good, the food was tasty and variety types food. The parking was off site...That was only downside.

This place is the perfect spot for anyone that wants to be in the middle of the action. The back door of the hotel leads you right into the Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The staff are very professional and polite. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start our day. When we return to Sapporo, we will definitely book this hotel.

Perfectly located in the heart of Sapporo yet quiet.
Hotel is modern, clean and great service from staff. Parking at nearby parking lot is a little bit pricey, there are cheaper alternatives around.
Hotel has 2 entrance, one entrance is right in the centre of the shopping strip making dining and shopping experience an ease.
Highly recommend staying here if you are in Sapporo

시기 : 눈 축제 기간
위치 : 호텔 바로 옆에 지하 통로 내려가는 에스컬레이터가 있어서 짐 있을 때 편하게 이용 가능. 바로 앞이 상점가라 쇼핑한 물건들 바로 호텔에 풀어놓고 다른 곳으로 이동하기 너무 좋았음(시간은 금이다!).
방 상태 : 좁다 좁다 해서 별 기대 안하고 갔는데 컸고 리모델링한지 얼마 안되어서 깔끔했음. 큰 케리어 2개 정도까지는 살짝 불편함이 있는 정도로 수용 가능. 뷰로는 관람차와 멀리 스키장이 보여서 좋았음.
기타 : 한국어 조금 할 줄 아는 직원이 있었음. 내가 묵었던 층에 정수기가 있었고, 특정 층에는 얼음과 자판기도 있었음. 조식은 너무 만족하게 먹었음. 조식 단점은 너무 맛있어서 아침에 먹은게 오후 4시까지 든든해서 점심 식사를 거르게 됨... 다들 적당히 드시길
다시 여기에 숙박하고 싶냐 물어보면 네 라고 대답할 정도로 위치, 방 컨디션, 직원 친절함, 조식 등이 전반적으로 너무 좋았음.
