We really liked this hotel – one of our favourites on the trip. Great bar and restaurant service. The Hotel also had activities such as calligraphy for us to try. The room was a good size as well – we had issues with very small rooms in other hotels.

Staff were lovely, quick check in, water and tea and coffee in reception were handy when you came back after a long day, rooms were small but perfectly fine, they do classes like calligraphy and origami for free and biscuits in the afternoon for free, it was in a great area, roughly a mile to the station. I would happily stay here again

Staff very friendly and helpful. Double room very small with sink by bed and tv. Didn't work too well. Breakfast lovely and free tea, coffee throughout the day.

Love the room, the staff was so nice gave us recommendation for dinning shopping etc. check in was smooth and easy When I wanted to send my luggage ahead of time they were able to help fill out the form with the information I provided. Great that they had dinning available. The hotel was close to shopping and tourist attractions. Recommend this hotel to anyone that visits.

Clean double room, washroom was on the bigger side since the sink is located outside, free sake in the lobby, good location, friendly staff. The only thing was the AC wasn’t working well so our room was kind of warm and stuffy

We stayed at family room ( 2 adults, age 11 &14) for 2 nights and it was amazing! The hotel team is excellent! - from the reception, bar staff and morning kitchen ladies!) Thank you for your hospitality🙏 We’d love to stay again.
