Average hotel. Average check in. Average room amenities. Two champagne glasses, both different, no wine glasses, bit odd. Noisy house keeping staff having a full on conversation at 6.30am Saturday morning 😩 bed was on a lean , left to right. well used I guess. Clean and tidy. But definitely average

Parking can be tricky, but make sure to go down to the 3rd level which is also quest parking. 2nd level is a squeeze.

Good location in Ponsonby and good room. Tricky to check in with a car as nowhere to pull in. I was on ground floor and had an issue with someone knocking on my door at 11pm and banging loudly and yelling aggressively and I had to phone reception twice to get someone to help them. Apparently they were staying there. I don’t know but I thought it was quite “open” to be on the courtyard with people being able to just walk off the busy road to your door and not be able to get into reception if they needed help.

Great position in heart of Ponsonby. Staff warm and welcoming, room clean with well equipped kitchen. Secure parking an extra charge. Used washing machine and dryer to wash towels day three as they hadn’t been replaced since check in. Lovely view of Western Park - ask for 2nd floor or above. Minimal noise from Ponsonby Rd over weekend.

The check-in was smooth and overall our stay was very comfortable. Loved that we were in the heart of Ponsonby with many shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket all in walking distance. The staff allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot for an hour after checking out while we visited our son nearby, very much appreciated thank you again!! We will definitely be back 😀🙏

Parking easy.
Location fantastic. Easy to everything we wanted to get to.
Pillows like rocks...I would stay again but take my own pillows.
No heating unless you request something be provided, which it was and made a huge difference.
Kitchen had all we needed and there is also a washing machine and dryer, if needed.

The room was tidy but a tie pin was taken from my room and my second night there was no parking for our second car even though i had paid for those night
