Room was nice, overall not as good of an experience as our stay at M social, but still a nice hotel. Good location for walking around the CBD area.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Close to Queen Street, skytower the waterfront. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower could do with a little more water pressure and there were a few broken tiles that need replacing but other than that thr room was great. We had dinner amd breakfast at the restaurant and both were very tasty and enjoyable.
