Cats laying on the dining tables, while people were eating. No cold water in fridge. Expected to fill a plastic bottle with tepid water from a container at reception. The hotel’s decor although clean had seen better days. It was located in the middle of a busy dual carriageway with constant heavy traffic. There was no amenities near by. I checked out after one night and moved to a better hotel in a central location.

You can tell it’s a little older property but the staff make up for it. It worked really hard for you and it’s in a very quiet area of Sanur. We just love the staff here.

Sanur Lodge is out of the rush and bustle - a nice oasis of quiet to return to as Sanur is becoming very hectic.
It is simple but clean and spacious and very good value for money. I shall be returning in the future

Fantastic! Would highly recommend staying here! That staff are so kind, the environment is beautiful and relaxing. It is very quaint and comfortable. Easily can walk to many restaraunts and shops.

Love Sanur. It is a quieter area of Bali, but not without the charm. Lots of restaurants and pubs traffic not nearly as crazy as if you go into Legion etc. lots of charm.

The management still hasn't fixed the moldy ceilings in the bathroom. They still haven't put furniture felt on the chairs in upper level floors, so there's scraping sounds at all hours. The main thing is to sleep well, which I wasn't able to do. Staff make there difference, but they can't fix everything.
