The hotel in located near an industrial area. There was a security guards with many dogs..
Check-in time was slow. The staff at the reception counter made me wait for a discussion with another staff. I was very tired because it was a late check-in around 8pm since I was stuck in a bad traffic jam coming all the way from Selangor.
No lift there so I had to climb up the stairs with my bags to higher floors. Along the hall way to my room I can small cigarette smoke...
The room floor was obviously not clean with hair and dust on the floor. The toilet was not properly cleaned and smelly. I checked out early morning and don’t think I wanna come back to this hotel unless things really change...
