Per sota de la mitjana Shower heater casing not properly installed, wires were exposed. No lift. Toilet not able to flush. No security and car needed to park in darkside

The photo in the hotel.com is not real want.
The marketing put fake photo. The hotel bed is too soft and the pillow also . I sleep for 1 night now whole body and neck pain .

Booked a non-smoking room but the room has a lingering cigarette smell when we first entered the room. Room towels were old and bedsheets had stains on it.. Acceptable for budget travellers i feel.

Everything was good except for the thin wall with gaps (windows). From the original design, it should be one big room but the owner divided it up to two rooms which the other end is a bigger window and the partition was not seal up properly with the window glass, leaving some gap there. You could hear the opposite room talking, sneezing, coughing and the phone ringing and vibrating the whole night. you can also smell the coffee they make in the morning... please do something about it. :(

Fantàstic It's a good hotel, worth the money. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were amazing, totally had the best sleep. The staffs were friendly and polite.
