This was close to the Kyoto station, however not many other walkable attractions in the area. Nice place, however not as updated as other properties we stayed in Japan.

Location is about 1km from train station. Can be quite a bit of walk. Hotel itself is nice. They had the coffee and tee available, plus broth for ramen!
Reception was pretty nice. We had a corner room so may have been bigger than most. We really liked the room
