I stay here over and over again due to convenience and comfort ability. Staff are always friendly never had any issue. I like the fact that they even recognizes me. few things tho maybe the property do need some touches but other than that everything is always great!

Goodc location - walking distances to MOA. Breakfast buffet is really great. The bidet in the bathroom did not work well despite a technician fixing it.

I had to call three times to get towels delivered to my room. The breakfast was terrible with the eggs cold and way over price. One night the neighbor room party until 4 am and I call the front desk and it didn't stop until 4 am. A saw roach at the coffee bar on the second floor.

Th Golden Phoenix is a convenient clean and good hotel. The breakfast is incredible so pay the extra fee and get that for sure. I would recommend asking for clean towels daily. However for the service and care of this hotel and the service was all top notch.

When I checked in, the staff at the front desk said that towels will be provided by housekeeping. I called housekeeping and requested bath towels and hand towels as soon as I entered my room. It took them over 1 hour and at least 3 follow-up calls to deliver the bath towels (sans hand towels). The next day, they left a note telling me to call “0” for towels. I called “0” and expressed right from the first call that I needed the towels the soonest as I have a flight to catch. I followed up every 15 minutes and never received the towels before I left. Great location but poor service.
