Airport Transfer: I emailed the property 2 days before my arrival, to reserve a hotel transfer and did not hear back from them. When I checked in, I notified the front desk staff about my email, which was confirmed uncheck. Otherwise, the hotel is wonderful. Will stay here again.

Everything was excellent except I did get charged for a child’s buffet breakfast at a regular adult price. It was advertised online that children were P385. But everything else was great.

This was my fifth or sixth stay at BayPrime hotel. Has been my favorite hotel in the NCR. Staff is amazing. Check in is always fast and smooth. Pool is shaded so pretty much always on the cool side and no need for sunscreen. If you are there on a Saturday make sure to go to breakfast early as after 9 AM they get busy and start having problems keeping up with demand for foods and drinks. Breakfast varies everyday but is always a good selection
