This is coming from a foreigners perspective - this is NOT a 4 star hotel!! This is a 2 star hotel - stains on the bed, humid sticky feeling in room, room super tight. Just no, no no no no - not a 4 star hotel at all.

Do not book this hotel. It is like a motel. The room was not cleaned regularly. The room is moldy and old. The staff are rude. Soap was not replaced. Linen had dirt and blood. The Airconditioning is hot. Worse you will have to wait for the breakfast buffet, and the food is nasty. The only good thing is its location. More like a two star hotel with a nice name.

Not a great stay , room keys were jammed, a/c didn’t work properly, no airport shuttle until 7am, my flight was at 5:50, false advertising no other options offered by hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was impressed by the overall experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding that made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel's facilities were excellent, and the amenities provided added to the comfort of my stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options, and the dining area was clean and inviting.

My third time in manila, and have spent time at kingsford every time with fiance..great property, great pool, clean, and the breakfast buffet is very very good We have been there 3 times and will continue to return
